I then discovered this tutorial, but didn't really want to go through customizing everything all over again. I had not been 100% successful in manually moving AppData and all those weird links in the past. (ie: Contacts, Desktop, Downloads, My Documents, My Music, etc…) However, I really wanted my ENTIRE profile, including AppData and all those weird links, on the separate partition.
On my computer, I had already been running “most” of my profile on a separate partition. And also make sure you have logged out in order to take effect.
